   Results are visible immediately and continue to refine over the following days. Depending on the treatment area and product used, results typically last 6–18 months.

Before your Appointment

• Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and aspirin (or other blood-thinning medications or supplements such as ibuprofen, Advil, fish oil, or vitamin E) for 24–48 hours before treatment.

• Schedule your appointment at least two weeks before any special event.

• Avoid dental work for two weeks pre-treatment.

• You must not be pregnant or nursing at the time of treatment.

• Arrive with clean skin, free of makeup or skincare products.

After your Appointment

• Avoid touching, rubbing, or applying pressure to the treated area for 24 hours.

• Refrain from strenuous exercise, alcohol, or excessive heat (such as saunas or hot tubs) for 24–48 hours.

• Avoid facials, laser treatments, or dental work for two weeks post-treatment.

• Mild swelling, redness, or tenderness is normal and should resolve within a few days.

• Apply a cool compress as needed.

Results are typically visible right away and will continue to refine as swelling subsides. For best results, follow your provider’s recommended maintenance schedule—most clients enjoy results lasting 6–18 months, depending on the product and treatment area.
